New multi-floor build
Stoke Quay is a multi-million pound urban regeneration project offering 386 new homes over 3 blocks. Set to achieve a Code For Sustainable Homes ‘Level 3’ environmental rating, Stoke Quay is constructed primarily from concrete and SFS frame, except for the top floors which are constructed from timber frames. This development is the perfect showcase for the diversity and rapid installation of both our ProRend EIFS rail system and ProWall rainscreen cladding.
Working in harmony with the staggered brick and tile facades, the pure white ProRend Colourtex adds seamlessly to the contemporary look of Stoke Quay whilst the ProWall verdigris top floors add a modernised touch of vintage subtlety to the development.
Drawing on our technical team’s excellent eye to detail and site inspection procedure, Stoke quay’s latest regeneration project delivered a contemporary build set to last the test of time. Download the case study here.
